Designed to deliver total body definition in just 20 minutes a day.

You’ll move through 6 weekly targeted Pilates classes, each with a different focus to ensure no muscle group goes untouched. This structure will allow you to tune into your body, note specific areas of strength or imbalance, and work to build your most sculpted, balanced body from top to toe.

Each week will follow this format:
Monday – Full Body
Tuesday – Core & Posture
Wednesday – Lower Back, Legs & Glutes
Thursday – Abs & Obliques
Friday – Upper Back, Arms & Shoulders
Saturday – REST
Sunday – Stretch & Mobility

  • Full Body Flow with Ball 5

    Episode 1

    Level: build
    Equipment: Pilates ball
    Workout: A full body Pilates flow using a Pilates ball to challenge your balance and coordination as you strengthen and tone.

  • Core and Posture 2

    Episode 2

    Workout: A workout focussed on strengthening all the muscles in your core and posterior chain that support your posture.

  • Booty Burn 3

    Equipment: PBB Bands (optional)

    Workout: Feel the burn in your bum, inner thighs and outer thighs in a set of clams, then bridges, then squats. Add a PBB Band around your knees to intensify the burn and increase the challenge!

  • Swift Abs 3

    Workout: Strengthen your abs, tone your waist, feel flexi and free in your lower back and hip flexors.

  • Sculpted Arms and Back

    Episode 5

    Level: hustle
    Equipment: PBB Weights or 1-2kg Dumbbells

    Workout: Move through 2 x sets of upper body exercises using a light set of wrist or hand weights – anywhere between 500g to 2kg. Don't stop moving and enjoy the burn!
