We are turning up the heat with our first ever cardio Pilates classes to hit the studio! JUST ADD SWEAT is a 2 week heart pumping, confidence boosting program designed to help you feel fit and unstoppable.
We’re keeping everything you love about Pilates – the intentional movement and strong, controlled foundations – and just adding SWEAT. Think higher intensity, cardio moves layered over our go-to Pilates principles.
Throughout the 2 weeks, we combine HIIT Pilates to sweat and sculpt, Cardio Quickies to get your heart pumping, and your fave PBB flows to lengthen and stretch. It’s all about building cardio fitness and confidence so you feel strong, empowered, and seriously good in your body!
