The CBF Challenge is for when you can't be f'd but still want to move and feel good throughout the silly season!

It is all about doing something… but not much… no huge time commitment, no equipment, just quickie workouts and stretches that will help you stay connected to your body and your routine without adding to an already busy period.

Each session is geared toward reducing seasonal stress and adding a little feel-good, energising movement to the weeks leading into Christmas. So you can continue to feel fit right throughout the festive season and into January!

  • Lying Down Legs

    Level: build

    Workout: Strengthen, lengthen and tone your glutes and legs, all from a lying down position. Move from side lying to prone before switching sides. You will focus on outer and inner thighs, hamstrings and glutes.

    Workout: This is a mellow core class in that it is all exercises taken from your back, but it will still give yours abs a good burn! Focus on your spinal position and technique to get the most out of each exercise.

    Workout: This class is all about letting go of pent-up stress, releasing emotional and physical tightness throughout your mind and body. Find a calm and relaxed environment to enjoy this stress-relieving stress.
