Boost your cardio fitness, build body confidence, and feel seriously good in your body with a mix of higher intensity, cardio moves layered over our go-to Pilates principles. We keep everything you love about Pilates – the intentional movement and strong, controlled foundations – and just add SWEAT.

Throughout the 2 weeks, we combine HIIT Pilates to sweat and sculpt, Cardio Quickies to get your heart pumping, and your fave PBB flows to lengthen and stretch. It’s all about building cardio fitness and confidence so you feel strong, empowered, and seriously good in your body!
