We are turning up the heat with our first ever cardio Pilates classes to hit the studio! Just Add Sweat is a 2 week heart pumping, confidence boosting program designed to help you feel fit and unstoppable.

We’re keeping everything you love about Pilates – the intentional movement and strong, controlled foundations – and just adding sweat. Think higher intensity, cardio moves layered over our fave Pilates principles.

Throughout the 2 weeks, we combine HIIT Pilates to sweat and sculpt, Cardio Quickies to get your heart pumping, and your go-to PBB flows to lengthen and stretch. It’s all about building cardio fitness and confidence so you feel strong, empowered, and seriously good in your body!
