Improve Your Posture is a 3-week challenge designed to help you prioritise your posture.

Posture isn’t just about sitting and standing up straight – it’s about how you move and feel in everything you do. It’s about sitting, standing and moving with confidence and ease, and without tightness and pain.

With modern habits like desk work and constant screen time, more and more people are reporting slouching, stiffness and discomfort – even those in their 20s and 30s! Poor posture can lead to tech neck, back pain, headaches, fatigue, and can even affect your breathing, digestion and skin complexion. But the good news? You can fix it, and Pilates is one of the best ways to do it!

Each week of Improve Your Posture will include 5 x Pilates classes that focus on posture through core strengthening, aligning your spine, opening your chest and stretching your hips. Throughout the challenge, you will learn cues and reminders that you can take into everyday life – so you can beat the slouch off your mat too.

The flow-on effects of prioritising your posture are huge. And this 3-week challenge was born out of the desire to help you see the benefits of having great posture!
